This repository is a development implementation and has not undergone an independent security audit. Contract defects, oracle errors or infrastructure failures may cause loss, delayed settlement or inaccessible funds.
You can lose your full stake
Only the winning side receives a payout. Buying both sides does not guarantee a profit. Estimates move with participant deposits until lock; probability is a pool ratio, not a forecast guarantee. There is no early withdrawal or secondary market.
Oracle and network risk
Stock token multipliers, token trading pauses, sequencer outages, historical round availability, stale prices and transaction timing may prevent settlement. Refunds require a successful on-chain transaction after the relevant cancellation condition.
Collateral and operational risk
Stablecoin depegging, issuer freezes, transfer restrictions, chain outages, wallet compromise and gas costs are external risks. Approved collateral must be a conventional non-rebasing, non-taxed ERC-20. Dust from integer rounding remains in each market.
Legal and financial risk
Availability does not establish legality or suitability. The deploying operator must assess applicable laws and restrictions. Nothing here is investment advice or a promise of future returns.
